About the Artist
Hello!
My name is Sophie Abbassian and I am a 20 year old artist living in Portland, Oregon. I have been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil, and most of my time, money and effort goes towards making art. My work includes pet portraits, murals, logo designs for businesses and schools, and illustrations for two children’s books. I work primarily in colored pencil, but you will often see me using watercolor, acrylics, gel pens, or a mix to achieve the look I am going for. I hope to create images that inspire others to create and bring happy feelings to whoever is viewing them.
